Tomas focuses on corporate law, tax law, and real estate law. His field of expertise is also litigation, in particular in contentious cases both in civil courts, as well as in administrative courts (judicial review of tax authorities in particular). He also represents in criminal proceedings related to the aforesaid main areas of expertise, typically in relation to white-collar crimes. In his free time, Tomas enjoys to give university lectures in international law. He is a part time assistant professor of public international law at the University of West Bohemia, where apart from a genaral course on international law, he also teaches a specialized course in the field of international investment law. He also regularly publishes legal articles and monographies. As Tomas spent several years of his studies abroad, he is fluent in English, German, and Portuguese and has got also a good working knowledge of Russian, Spanish, and Slovak. Tomas has been appointed expert witness by the Czech Ministry of Justice in the field of foreign law with the licenses to provide expertise upon the content of German Law and Slovak law as foreign laws. Tomas also serves as an arbitrator and holds a license as of a chartered mediator by the Czech Ministry of Justice.

Eliska predominantly specializes upon civil and also administrative law, including litigation against public authorities (predominantly in the field of judicial review in tax disputes and zoning law disputes). She also focuses on legal conuselling to our corporate clientele in the field of labour law. Eliska holds a Ph.D. in civil law and keeps on being active in the field of legal science. Apart from Czech, Eliska also speaks English and French.

Hana specializes in particular in medical law. Beyond this discipline, she has got an extensive experience in various areas of civil law, labour law, company law, and real-estate law. Ido specializes in international corporate law, commercial law, high-tech and start-up, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation and financial regulations. Ido has previously established a number of start-up companies, mainly in the FINTECH field, and most of them were sold at a 100% exit. In addition, Ido specializes in providing legal business consulting service and financial solutions to international companies. He was raised in Israel, educated in the Czech Republic and England. Ido thus speaks fluent Hebrew and English and on a professional level also Czech.

Monika specializes upon M&As, real-estate law, and pharmaceutical law. Prior to joining our team, she has worked as team lead at Rödl & Partner, advokáti, v.o.s., having focused upon German-speaking clientele. Subsequently she worked for BENU Česká republika a.s., a chain of pharmacies, where she headed the acquisition team and represented the company in negotiations with sellers, developers, and landlords. She is fluent in German.

Lukáš focuses mainly on civil law, both substantive and procedural, construction law, and administrative law, including financial law. During his studies at law school, he found a deep interest in civil law, escpecially in the issues of property rights and consumer law. In this field he also defended his master thesis. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, swimming, and cycling.

Dominik focuses on general legal practice, with a particular emphasis on litigation, especially in the area of private law obligations. In the office, he enjoys working most with our chief bailiff.

Nela focuses in our law firm mainly on civil, copyright and criminal law. In addition to the above, Nela deals with animal rights and their protection (mainly due to her former cooperation with the Prague City Council) and administrative and misdemeanour law in general, which she also dealt with in her master thesis. She speaks fluent English and German. She spends her free time mainly reading or Thai boxing.

Rosťa, within his practice at our firm, mainly focuses on contractual matters in private law and on contentious matters. Her main work agenda, making full use of her previous work experience and skills from the private sector, is managing the administration of the entire office.
